
Senior Campaign Manager

Job Summary:
As a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager at Relevate Health, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as creative, medical, and sales, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance within the provided budget, ensuring that campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy, and collaborating with analytics and reporting teams to generate performance reports and marketing insights. With strong leadership, project management and marketing automation experience, you will be a key driver and voice for the MarOps team and marketing success.
Duties / Responsibilities:
End-to-End Campaign Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation, ensuring that they meet defined goals and objectives.
Coordinate, oversee and execute all aspects of campaign management assigned tasks, including but not limited to presales estimates and campaign optimizations, tagging, campaign collateral overview, Partner relationships and performance tracking.
Responsible for strategic vendor selection, contracting, execution, and monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the campaign.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with account management, creative, DS&A, medical, and sales teams to facilitate end-to-end Campaign Management aligned with the campaign's objectives.
Foster productive collaboration and project management among teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Work closely with the Product team in the development of Relevate Health’s ‘Ele’ platform, acting as a Super User to new and optimized marketing automation capabilities.
Work closely with the Product team in managing and maintaining marketing technology tools and platforms, including but not limited to Relevate Health's Elevated Relevance Platform (ele), Litmus, and Google Analytics
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
Alignment with Marketing Strategy:
Ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall Company marketing strategy and messaging framework.
Collaborate with marketing leadership, account management and sales to advise how campaign planning/development can be executed to align and optimize the broader marketing plan.
Collaborate with DS&A to QC performance reports and marketing insights.
Use data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and make informed decisions.
Other Responsibilities:
Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent performance and understanding of workflows.
Collaborate with MarOps Director and other senior leadership to assess and improve operational processes.
Identify resource gaps and recommend solutions to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in data management and visualization to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering results.
Strong leadership and organizational skills are needed
Education / Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in campaign or project management, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project execution.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences sales or pre-sales
Digital Media Content tagging/tracking knowledge a plus (i.e., DCM and other 3rd party tags)
Working Conditions:
Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Dallas, Boston, Cincinnati, New Jersey)
Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
Travel may apply based o position
Hours may vary based on position and location of client
