Funnel Specialist β€” Marketing Automation & QA

We build and manage CRM systems, marketing funnels, and automation workflows for home service and local businesses. Our stack is GoHighLevel, Zapier, Asana, and a set of internal processes we have developed over time.

Everything we do β€” lead capture, follow-up sequences, CRM pipelines, appointment booking β€” runs through funnels and automations we build and maintain for clients.

We are hiring a Funnel Specialist.

This is not a creative marketing role. It's a systems and operations role.

The person we hire will be responsible for keeping funnels alive, accurate, and documented β€” on a weekly cadence β€” using our internal quality system.

What You Will Actually Do

  • Build and configure marketing funnels in GoHighLevel: landing pages, forms, CRM pipelines, chatbots, automation sequences and more.

  • Run weekly audits using the TAO system β€” Tracking, Auditing, Optimization β€” to catch proactively catch errors.

  • Diagnose and fix broken automations: trace the trigger chain, find the failure point, resolve it, document what you found and what you changed.

  • Launch new funnels and updates without breaking existing systems. Run pre-launch QA checklists and monitor post-launch stability.

  • Map and document every funnel you build or touch. No undocumented changes. Ever.

  • Publish weekly funnel stability reports using standardized scorecards.

  • Coordinate with the internal team via Slack and Asana. Communicate proactively when something is off or running behind.

This Role Is NOT For You If

  • You mark tasks done before verifying the output in the live system.

  • You build without documenting.

  • You troubleshoot by guessing rather than tracing a logical sequence.

  • You need daily direction or struggle to manage your own schedule remotely.

  • You have no hands-on GoHighLevel experience. We do not train from zero.

This Role IS For You If

  • You have been described as detail-oriented, methodical, or "too thorough" β€” and you consider that a compliment.

  • You can open someone else's funnel, audit it within an hour, and write up exactly what is wrong and why it matters.

  • You keep documentation and personal QA checklists without being asked.

  • You have rebuilt broken automation workflows that someone else built and left in a bad state.

  • You treat a weekly audit checklist with the rigor β€” it either passes or it does not.

Tools You Will Use

  • GoHighLevel β€” primary platform. Deep proficiency required.

  • Zapier β€” multi-step integrations and workflow automation.

  • Asana β€” task management and project tracking.

  • Slack β€” async team communication.

  • Google Sheets and Google Docs β€” reporting, documentation, SOPs.

  • Loom β€” async video updates and screen recordings.

Experience We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years in marketing automation, funnel operations, or CRM administration.

  • Hands-on GoHighLevel experience. This is required.

  • Zapier workflow experience: building, debugging, and documenting multi-step integrations.

  • Experience auditing or QA-testing systems.

  • Agency or client-services background preferred. You know what it means to be accountable to results, not just tasks.
