The Role

You'll be the operational brain of our Tech & Innovation Pod: AI/Tech innovations, CRO, and Customer Service.

This pod is where we build the future—AI tools that multiply our team's output, conversion optimization that turns traffic into revenue, and customer experience that builds brand loyalty.

You need to speak both 'tech' and 'business' fluently. Your job is to make sure brilliant technical minds can focus on building, not bureaucracy.

 What You'll Do

• Own the operational rhythm of the Tech & Innovation Pod—sprints, standups, capacity planning

• Coordinate between AI/Tech, CRO, and Customer Service teams

• Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans

• Build and maintain ClickUp workflows optimized for technical teams

• Drive accountability on technical deliverables without killing innovation

• Identify dependencies and blockers before they derail sprints

• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Maintain technical SOPs and documentation

 What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of project management experience with technical teams

• Understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies

• ClickUp expertise (or similar) with experience building technical workflows

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them for business stakeholders

• Strong written communication—technical documentation that humans can read

• European timezone (or willing to work European hours)

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI/ML projects or implementations

• Background in e-commerce technical operations

• CRO or analytics project experience

• You've managed customer service operations or systems

• Basic coding knowledge (enough to understand what your devs are talking about)

Compensation & Benefits 

💰 Monthly Salary: $1,500 - $1,800/month

Plus:

• Monthly performance bonuses tied to company Operating Profit (5-25% of salary)

• Quarterly profit pool distribution (2-7.5% of company profits shared among team)
