Product Designer

In This Role, You Will…

• Own projects end to end: work with customer support and engineering to define the problem, explore options, validate quickly, and ship improvements that move key metrics

• Run lightweight, self-serve research: talk to customers, test assumptions fast, and adjust direction based on what you learn

• Prototype with AI tools to iterate ideas

• Bring clarity to product vision and what should be built

• Remove complexity from the users' shoulders

You Will Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have experience as a product designer working on complex products

• Have ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration

• Actively use LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow

• Have a portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft

• Define success metrics and adjust based on results

• Communicate clearly and intentionally
