
BI Analyst (Marketing)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BI Analyst with a proven track record in marketing analytics to join our growing team. As a BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing marketing data to optimize our paid acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to the marketing team, identifying pockets of improvement and areas for growth.
Provide insights into digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing performance.
Manage the calibration process to optimize marketing spend across products, countries, and channels, ensuring alignment with key subscription-based KPIs such as AOV, LTV, refund rates, and marginal CPA.
Design intuitive dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in marketing data to improve campaign effectiveness.
Assist in building marketing attribution models to understand customer journeys.
Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data collection processes, data pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a BI, data analytics, or marketing analytics role.
Experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of marketing metrics, digital analytics, and campaign performance measurement.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliates and other Ad platforms.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Segment, Mixpannel or related event tracking data.
Bonus Points:
Experience with A/B testing.
Experience with advanced attribution models (multi-touch).
Experience with marginal CPA modelling.
