Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of complex, cross-functional projects, while providing expertise in Digital Project management and best practices. The PM will be responsible for planning timelines and taking ownership of the day-to-day management of project deliverables, risks, issues and actions. Project work will include website enhancements, mobile and web applications, customized tools for internal/external use and third-party integrations among others.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can be utilized in e-commerce and subscription businesses models. . You should be detail oriented and have excellent time management and communication skills. The PM will partner extensively with leadership, Project Management Office (PMO), product management, engineering and operations to ensure timely delivery of strategic projects and the proposal/implementation of efficient processes

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead projects from idea through full development and final execution, knowing how to manage key stakeholders and project contributors

  • Partner with various teams to develop standard operating best practices, templates repeatable process flows using tools such as Jira and Smartsheet

  • Assist with management of project roadmap/project backlog and monitoring of non-project requests to the digital team required for business operations

  • Communicate project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

  • Structure and lead various meetings, including project status reviews and leads cross-team post-completion review

  • Develop support documentation including risk/decision logs and requirement specifications

  • Facilitate scope and estimation planning with product managers and engineers

  • Plan resources needed to reach project objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner while accounting for key dependencies

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

  • Monitor key project milestones and make adjustments as needed

  • Collaborate and partner with leadership, PMO and cross-functional teams to provide guidance on best practices throughout the organization and suggest areas for improvement

  • Manage and lead project teams in the pursuit of project objectives

  • Maintain general understanding of company systems, processes, and products

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience

  • Proven work experience as a Digital project manager with solid technical background

  • Hands-on experience with project management software

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and collaboratively

  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and extremely resourceful

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
