About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, Integrations who will take ownership of our integrations platform. The Product Manager will drive the strategy, roadmap and management of our integrations with the top property management software providers, vendors and internal systems.  The clients are the product teams providing external facing products to our Property Manager customers.

 

Key Job Responsibilities
 

  • Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer insights to inform product strategy.  Use data to influence decision making. 

  • Strategy & Goal Setting:  Establish objectives and quantifiable key results, metrics, and use data insights to measure the success of your product..

  • Roadmap Development: Craft a plan that aligns with business goals and delivers value to our users. Continuously iterate and refine the roadmap based on market dynamics, competitive analysis, and user feedback.

  • Prioritization and Execution:  Drive roadmap execution on strategic initiatives and oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing product enhancements. Turn high-level designs into actionable work for the development team, including story breakdown and acceptance criteria. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including property managers, service providers, and internal teams. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align efforts, gather input, and ensure successful product launches and adoption.
     

 

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • 5-7 years experience in product management. Bonus for experience in the property tech industry or related field.

  • Technical Proficiency: Possess a solid understanding of API integrations, data exchange protocols, and backend systems.

  • Product Roadmaps: Demonstrated experience in creating and executing product roadmaps. Your ability to balance market dynamics, user needs, and business goals will be instrumental in driving our success.

  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Show us your strategic thinking and your ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your ability to foster collaborative relationships and lead cross-functional teams will be crucial for success.

  • A continuous learning mindset whether through educational accolades or equivalent experience.  

  • Comfort working in a fast paced environment with a growing company.
