And this is our Senior Software Engineer role who will be responsible for providing technical direction and leadership to the
development team, helping teammates and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Tasks in the role

• Lead the technical direction of software development projects, working closely with the
  project team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Provide technical expertise to the development team, helping them to make the right
  decisions on technical architecture, design, and coding standards.

• Collaborate with other stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and
  product owners, to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development
  industry, and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.

• Mentor and guide the team members on technical aspects and ensure that they follow
  best practices and standards.

• Ensure that the software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the performance
  and security requirements.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation of software solutions, including design
  documents, coding standards, and technical specifications.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and other quality assurance activities to ensure that
  the software solutions meet the required quality standards.

• Provide technical support to the project team during the software development lifecycle.

• Manage technical risks and issues, and ensure that they are appropriately resolved.

• Responsible for ensuring that software solutions are delivered on time, within budget,
  and to the required quality standards.

• Accountable for the technical design, architecture, and coding of the software solutions.

• Ensure that the software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the performance
  and security requirements.

• Accountable for the technical documentation of software solutions, including design
  documents, coding standards, and technical specifications.

• Responsible for the delivery of the technical artifacts of the project, including source
  code, test cases, and technical reports.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Extended experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role in software development.

• Strong technical expertise in software development, including technical architecture, design, and coding standards.

• Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teammates.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud-based platforms, particularly GCP and Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with IaaC, particularly Terraform.
