What This Role Is
Operations is not admin. It’s not order-taking. And it’s not coasting.
Operations is the engine room of the business. It’s about turning chaos into clarity, building systems that scale, and being the steady hand when everything is on fire. At Shockwave Solutions, we build and run the operational infrastructure for high-growth businesses in direct response marketing, eCommerce, and digital products.
You’ll manage not just internal execution, but also take full operational ownership of at least two client businesses. That means you’ll own their systems, KPIs, team accountability, and delivery flow.
This is a high-trust, high-stakes role. You’re not just showing up to complete tasks—you’re expected to think like a number two to the COO.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
Taking full operational ownership of 2+ client businesses
Creating, enforcing, and optimizing SOPs and documentation
Using tools like ClickUp, GHL, Slack, Zoom, and Google Docs to track delivery
Running standups, leadership meetings, and issue resolution
Reporting KPIs weekly and solving for red metrics
Managing both U.S. and international team members
Working U.S. hours full-time and occasionally responding to off-hours fires when needed
You’re a Fit If You:
Speak and write fluent, professional English
Have experience in eCommerce, direct response, or digital product ops
Have owned client delivery, systems, or team performance in previous roles
Are fluent in ClickUp, GHL, Slack, Google Docs, and Zoom
Understand what it means to lead without ego and operate with accountability.
Can take pressure, solve problems in real-time, and drive performance.

Timeline:
We’re looking to hire immediately and expect you to begin onboarding by August 31. There will be a short paid trial period (with NDA) and a test project to prove fit before we go full-time.
