What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Video editing for Reels, interviews, event videos, and marketing content
Create dynamic, engaging, and creative edits with strong pacing
Maintain a high quality of editing and overall final video output
Ensure timely delivery and meet agreed deadlines
Work with briefs: clearly understand task requirements, clarify open questions with the task owner, and collaborate throughout the process
Perform basic color correction / color grading
Select appropriate music and sound elements for videos
Add subtitles/captions when required
Collaborate with motion and marketing teams

The Magic You Bring

Strong experience in video editing
Preferred experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (other editing software is acceptable if the candidate is confident in their workflow)
Creative approach to editing with a strong sense of rhythm and storytelling
Good understanding of current video editing trends and formats, especially for social media
Optional: Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus (no advanced motion skills required, fundamentals are sufficient)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
