About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an outgoing, on-camera content creator to help lead an ongoing series of retail-first, stranger-interaction formats for our wellness client, NATPAT.
You’ll be the face of a short-form series that brings NATPAT’s playful wellness stickers into the real world, sparking fun conversations with shoppers, and capturing those authentic reactions on camera. The goal: turn everyday interactions into short-form content that feels funny, surprising, and shareable across TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
You’ll also get hands-on guidance from Snowball’s team, who’ve scaled YouTube channels to 27M+ subscribers and 10B+ views. This role offers both creative freedom and world-class mentorship.
What You’ll Do
Create ongoing batches of short-form videos (10 videos to start (:30 - :60 seconds))
Stage and perform in retail-first formats that highlight NATPAT’s products
Engage strangers in public settings with playful, unscripted conversations; recruit talent to appear on-screen as needed
Deliver simple brand talking points with humor and authenticity
Partner with Snowball’s creative team to capture and refine proven formats
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience creating short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Strong editing skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut etc
Is confident and charismatic on camera, with a natural, engaging style
Loves talking to strangers and thrives in unscripted, man-on-the-street moments
Brings a background in improv, theatre, or comedy (bonus)
Balances humor with brand messaging while staying authentic
Works efficiently on a recurring production schedule
