🛠 What you’ll do

As the UGC Manager, you will build, lead, and optimize our global UGC and MCN operations. You will own workflows across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Douyin, and other UGC ecosystems, ensuring high operational quality, strong monetization performance, and robust rights protection for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Anti-Fraud, Product, and Client Success teams to establish processes, introduce new tooling, and maintain compliance with partner standards. This is a key role for SonoSuite’s growth strategy and requires a strong mix of technical expertise, operational leadership, and cross-functional coordination.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and develop a specialized team focused on UGC/MCN operations

  • Manage workflows for ingestion, QC, claims, conflicts, takedowns, ownership validation, and overall rights management

  • Drive operational excellence across YouTube CMS, Meta Rights Manager, TikTok/Douyin CMS, and other UGC platforms

  • Analyse and report on key performance metrics: views, RPM, claim accuracy, asset health, monetization performance, and operational KPI’s

  • Implement fraud-prevention workflows aligned with platform policies

  • Coordinate all UGC-related deliveries, including video, audio, metadata, artwork, and rights information

  • Work with Data and Product on platform integrations, automation, pilot programs, and new feature requirements

  • Own escalation and communication flows with high-value clients and platform partners

  • Build and maintain SOPs, service definitions, SLAs, and KPI frameworks for UGC/MCN operations

  • Ensure alignment between UGC operations and broader company goals across video distribution, anti-fraud, and rights management

🔍 What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate is a UGC/MCN specialist with understanding of digital rights management, Content ID ecosystems, platform policies, and the operational day-today behind UGC monetization.

They are both strategic and hands-on: able to design end-to-end operational structures while also managing daily workflows and supporting their team.

Minimum requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in YouTube/MCN operations, digital distribution, UGC content management, or rights management

  • Strong knowledge of YouTube CMS: reference files, ownership hierarchies, claims, conflicts, takedowns, redelivery, and SRAV

  • Experience with Meta Rights Manager, TikTok/ByteDance CMS, Douyin, or comparable UGC monetization tools

  • Strong understanding of monetization metrics: RPM, CPM, claim accuracy, revenue anomalies, and operational impact on earnings

  • Hands-on experience with metadata QC, content duplication checks, rights validation, and policy enforcement

  • Familiarity with anti-fraud workflows

  • Experience managing or mentoring a small specialized operations team

  • Ability to write and maintain clear SOPs, SLAs, and process documentation

  • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills in English

  • Strong sense of ownership; able to run an operational area end-to-end

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
