Now, we’re looking for a Growth Lead who’s part data scientist, part marketer, part founder — someone who gets customers deeply, experiments relentlessly, and scales what works with urgency and precision.

What You’ll Own:

  • Lead customer development efforts: deeply understand our users (creators, brands, manufacturers, fans) through qualitative interviews and quantitative data.

  • Design and run rapid experiments across paid, organic, product, and viral loops.

  • Develop and test acquisition channels, onboarding flows, referral programs, creator incentives, and community-led activations.

  • Define and track core growth KPIs, working hand-in-hand with product, data, design, and content teams.

  • Build a growth model (inputs → levers → outputs) to guide strategic decisions.

  • Apply heuristics, behavioral psychology, and game mechanics to optimize key moments in the user journey.

  • Leverage data science and A/B testing to drive precision in everything you do.

  • Architect network effects and cold-start strategies to ensure new users create value for others — not just consume it.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in growth, product, or early-stage startup roles, preferably in marketplaces, consumer platforms, or creator tools.

  • Are fluent in customer development frameworks (Steve Blank, Mom Test, etc.).

  • Are fluent in growth hacking & experimentation (Sean Ellis, Brian Balfour, Andrew Chen).

  • Know your way around SQL, product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA), and A/B testing.

  • Are obsessed with distribution — from viral loops to partnerships, SEO( and the new SGO), influencer flywheels, and unscalable tactics that unlock scalable growth.

  • Understand network effects, liquidity, and the cold start problem — and know how to design systems that get stronger as more users join.

  • Combine data and intuition: you know when to trust a model and when to trust your gut.

  • Think like a founder — you take full ownership, move fast, and care deeply about users.

  • Are a clear communicator, with the ability to tell a data story, rally a team, and persuade stakeholders.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked on a creator economy, social commerce, or fashion tech platform.

  • Understand platform dynamics (2-sided, 3-sided marketplaces).

  • Read and apply the thinking from Hacking Growth, The Cold Start Problem, Lean Analytics, The Mom Test, and How to Build a Billion Dollar App.
