We run a fast-growing Short-Term Rental (STR) Management Company. Every door we bring under management creates recurring monthly revenue. That means:
You close → you get paid.
You keep getting paid (residual commission) as long as the unit stays under management.
No cap. No salary. No excuses.
What You’ll Do
Hunt down property owners (Airbnb, Vrbo, landlords, investors) and bring them into our management program.
Pitch, close, and sign management agreements.
Work your own channels: cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, Zillow, Facebook groups, whatever it takes.
Build your book → build your income stream.
What We Offer
Uncapped recurring commission: Earn 10% of gross management fees per unit you sign, residuals for 12 months.
Fast pay cycle: You get paid after we get paid. Cash in, commission out.
Bonuses: Hit volume targets (10 units in 90 days, etc.) and earn lump-sum kickers.
Simple model: Every door is money in your pocket.
