We run a fast-growing Short-Term Rental (STR) Management Company. Every door we bring under management creates recurring monthly revenue. That means:

  • You close → you get paid.

  • You keep getting paid (residual commission) as long as the unit stays under management.

  • No cap. No salary. No excuses.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt down property owners (Airbnb, Vrbo, landlords, investors) and bring them into our management program.

  • Pitch, close, and sign management agreements.

  • Work your own channels: cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, Zillow, Facebook groups, whatever it takes.

  • Build your book → build your income stream.

What We Offer

  • Uncapped recurring commission: Earn 10% of gross management fees per unit you sign, residuals for 12 months.

  • Fast pay cycle: You get paid after we get paid. Cash in, commission out.

  • Bonuses: Hit volume targets (10 units in 90 days, etc.) and earn lump-sum kickers.

  • Simple model: Every door is money in your pocket.
