Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic marketing manager to join our large Redmond-based tech client’s career site team. In this role you will handle oversight of a variety of key marketing functions, from managing and implementing paid media requests and recruitment marketing asks, to facilitating event material needs and helping inform strategy around these types of requests with different stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to partner with leads across different geographical regions and make an impact on the team’s overarching global approach.

If you are the right fit, you are seasoned at working with social and paid marketing strategy, managing critical assets, and overseeing the creation of landing pages and websites. You have experience with multi-channel campaigns, marketing analysis and forecasting, and have a research-first mindset. Experience with recruitment marketing is a big plus!

This is remote, full time, contract engagement slated through the end of June 2024, and candidates need to be willing to work within West Coast business hours. Pay rate range, depending on experience level: 40-47/hr. W2.

 

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid and social marketing strategy

  • Stellar verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, including with customers

  • Understanding of consumer research and evaluative methods for collecting and interpreting data (including surveys, polls, questionnaires)

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with recruitment marketing and career-oriented outreach
