Stratosphere is building the Barstool of crypto and finance, a media company that owns its distribution and partners with companies on brand positioning, narrative building, and marketing.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date books on a daily basis

• Monthly bank, company card, and crypto reconciliations and book keeping

• Managing accounts receivable and payable, including proactive invoice follow-ups

• Handling quarterly estimated tax payments, year-end filings, and 1099 issuance

• Assist in maintaining financial tracking and reporting in notion and google sheets

• Keeping financial SOPs and documentation organized in Notion

What you look like:

• Active CPA license (or equivalent)

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a marketing, agency, or startup setting, with 1 to 3 years experience in crypto

• Hands-on experience with crypto reconciliation and digital asset tracking

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, and Notion, familiarity with accounting software like Quickbooks

• Self-starter who takes full ownership of their work and communicates proactively

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly

Nice to haves:

• Prior experience as a sole accountant or in a lean finance team

• Familiarity with marketing industry billing and contractor management
