Global PR/AR Manager

About the job

We are seeking an experienced PR/AR (Public Relations/Analyst Relations) Manager to create and execute global strategies that boost brand awareness, build relationships with international media and industry analysts, and position the company as a thought leader worldwide. This role also involves managing external PR/AR consultants and agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will work remotely with your base in the US, preferably in one of the following states where our current team is located; NC, SC, TX, GA, or OH. Key responsibilities includes:

Public Relations (PR)

  • Develop and implement global PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.

  • Build relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure top-tier coverage in key global markets.

  • Manage press releases, media kits, and communication for product launches and company news across various regions.

  • Monitor media coverage globally and report on PR campaign effectiveness.

  • Handle media inquiries and serve as a global spokesperson.

Analyst Relations (AR)

  • Create and execute global AR strategies to engage key industry analysts.

  • Coordinate briefings, presentations, and discussions with analysts across different regions.

  • Manage analyst materials (e.g., reports, white papers) and track global feedback and coverage.

  • Ensure participation in relevant industry reports and rankings on a global scale.

Strategic Communication

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants/agencies to ensure consistent messaging across all regions.

  • Develop narratives that position the company as a leader and innovator globally.

  • Manage crisis communication and advise leadership in high-stakes situations worldwide. 

Event and Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute global media and analyst events, webinars, and industry conferences.

  • Conduct media training for company spokespeople in various regions to ensure effective communication.

  • Drive participation in key international events, awards programs, and thought leadership opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Measurement and Reporting

  • Develop metrics to assess the success of global PR/AR initiatives.

  • Provide regular reports on the impact of media and analyst relations efforts globally. 

  • Oversee external consultants/agencies' performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

About you

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in PR/AR, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven success in developing and executing global PR/AR strategies.

  • Strong media relations skills with established contacts across key global regions, specifically in North America.

  • Experience managing external PR/AR agencies and consultants to achieve strategic outcomes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Familiarity with PR/AR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) is a plus.
