The Role
We are looking for a skilled HubSpot CRM & Marketing Expert who can implement, customize, and manage HubSpot solutions for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of HubSpot's CRM and marketing tools, being able to drive adoption, optimize processes, and maximize ROI for our clients across both sales and marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
Implement and configure HubSpot CRM solutions tailored to client needs
Develop and execute HubSpot CRM strategies to improve client's sales, marketing, and service processes
Customize HubSpot CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation to enhance efficiency
Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including:
Email marketing campaigns
Lead nurturing workflows
Landing page creation and optimization
Social media campaign integration
Content marketing strategies
Develop and optimize marketing automation sequences
Create and manage segmentation strategies for targeted marketing efforts
Set up and maintain lead-scoring models
Provide training and support to clients on HubSpot CRM and marketing best practices
Conduct regular audits of client HubSpot portals to identify areas for improvement
Create and maintain documentation for HubSpot CRM and marketing processes and configurations
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM and marketing strategies
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and updates across CRM and Marketing Hubs
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
HubSpot certifications, including HubSpot CRM Implementation Certification and Inbound Marketing Certification
Proven track record of successful HubSpot CRM and marketing campaign implementations and optimizations
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes
Excellent knowledge of HubSpot's Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
Experience with HubSpot integrations and API
Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within HubSpot
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms
Demonstrated expertise in email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with other CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools
Project management experience
Understanding of GDPR and other data privacy regulations
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
