We are seeking a versatile Senior UX Design Lead who excels in UX design, interaction design, and information architecture. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience of our enterprise cybersecurity products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for our users.

What You'll Do:

  • User Experience Design:

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process from concept to execution.

  • Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

  • Interaction Design:

  • Develop interactive design solutions that enhance user engagement.

  • Design and optimize user flows, ensuring seamless navigation and task completion.

  • Collaborate with developers to implement interactive elements effectively.

  • Information Architecture:

  • Organize and structure content to improve findability and usability.

  • Develop sitemaps, hierarchies, and taxonomy of the product features.

  • Ensure that complex cybersecurity information is presented clearly and logically.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on product goals.

  • Present design concepts and rationale to team members and leadership.

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong technical capabilities,  analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, and information architecture.

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools such as Invision, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

  • Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing platforms.

  • Familiarity with React & HTML/CSS.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.

Compensation:

  • $200,000-$240,000 DOE + equity salary packages
