Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - Korean & English) - Contract Role

Location: Remote (Must be able to work Korean business hours, Monday โ€“ Friday)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional who can deliver exceptional customer support while working closely with a global team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting U.S. companies, strong technical knowledge, and a background in travel, tech, and crypto industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service support to our Korean and English-speaking clients via email, chat, and other communication channels.

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner using Zoho Desk customer support platform.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management and supervisors, to relay customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

  • Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up and tracking of issues to resolution.

  • Generate daily reports and provide feedback on trends, issues, and opportunities for service enhancements.

  • Support the integration of tools and systems as needed and assist with process improvements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service roles, with at least 2 years supporting U.S.-based companies.

  • Proven experience using Zoho Desk or a comparable helpdesk platform.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and Slack.

  • Strong English writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft professional, clear, and concise responses.

  • A background in the technology and cryptocurrency industries is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide regular updates to management and supervisors.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
