We're looking for someone to join as a Growth Customer Success Manager, which will be a new strategic position within our team.

Who We’re Looking For

Your primary task is to help prospective and existing customers improve their own marketing strategy with Panoramata. You’ll identify high-intent product signups, run discovery and value-focused demos, and close inbound deals — then stick around to make sure big accounts onboard smoothly, adopt the product, and renew/expand.

You’re resourceful, curious, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end in a small team.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day

We're a small team with great ambitions, and we give ourselves the means to achieve our goal. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow professionally and who's not afraid of change. 

This is not a technical role - if you're familiar with digital marketing and thriving to help companies do better, you'll be in the right place.

There are four main parts to your day-to-day:

  1. Inbound from Product Signups (PQLs) - Identify and prioritize high-intent signups and trials.

  2. Inbound Sales (Qualify → Demo → Close) - Run discovery, demo the platform, handle objections, and own the close (no cold outbound).

  3. Strategic Customer Success - For larger customers: plan onboarding, drive activation, run check-ins, and build relationships. Your goals? Prevent churn, spot expansion, and lead renewals.

  4. Light Support & Enablement - Coordinate with support for tickets when needed and create short content (email, presentation, a quick Loom) when it accelerates sales/adoption.

What success looks like

  • Healthy PQL to SQL conversion and inbound close rate

  • Faster time-to-first-value and strong onboarding completion

  • Active usage and feature adoption in named accounts

  • Solid retention and expansion rates

  • Clean CRM and reliable forecasting

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in SaaS across inbound sales and/or customer success (you’ve run discovery, demoed, negotiated, and closed)

  • Strong discovery and objection handling; clear written/spoken communication (async friendly)

  • Comfortable in CRM (we use Attio) and product usage data (we use PostHog/Amplitude)

  • Organized, rigorous with follow-ups, and proactive with customers

  • Reliable, fast internet

  • Native English

​​You demonstrate friendliness and empathy when conversing with customers and other people, and can relate well to a variety of different people.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual French/English

  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Shopify

  • Background in a marketing team, agency, or martech stack
