We’ve built a tight integration layer across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, open-source LLMs, plus headless commerce capabilities via Swell, all focused on performance, security, and real-world impact.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in startup environments and can own the entire development lifecycle—from API design to frontend polish. You'll work across the stack to scale core platform features, including:

• Python + FastAPI/Django backend services

• Svelte frontend development for performant, elegant UI

• LLM orchestration layers (prompting, chaining, embeddings, RAG)

• Secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with GDPR and AI Act compliance
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Backend & APIs: Build and maintain Python services powering LLM interactions and internal tooling

• Frontend Features: Develop and optimize user-facing modules—chat UI, admin panels, dashboards—using Svelte

• AI & LLM Integration: Implement prompt orchestration flows, vector search, and embedding pipelines

• Security & Compliance: Design systems with EU-based hosting, GDPR standards, and evolving AI regulations in mind

• DevOps & Observability: Contribute to infrastructure using Docker, CI/CD, logging, and performance monitoring

• Mentorship: Share knowledge and shape engineering best practices as we grow the team
  

What You Bring

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JS frameworks (Svelte preferred)

• Strong knowledge of LLM integrations: prompt chaining, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

• Solid grasp of REST/GraphQL APIs, async workflows, and WebSockets

• Experience with vector databases and semantic search pipelines

• Comfortable with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cost monitoring

• Ability to prototype quickly, iterate fast, and solve real-world problems

• High attention to security, performance, and user experience

• Strong communicator in English (German a plus)

• Prior experience using SvelteKit in production environments

• Experience with data-sensitive or compliance-heavy industries (GDPR, AI Act)

• ML/AI background—either as an engineer or working closely with AI teams

• Experience designing prompt management tools, vector search UIs, or analytics dashboards
