About the Role:
As a Campground Operations Coach (Asset Manager), you'll be a key player in our company's success, overseeing the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of RV parks and campgrounds. You'll coach and mentor General Managers, manage budgets, optimize revenue streams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This is a highly visible role that offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to drive both operational success and profitability.
What You'll Do:
Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, analyze reports, and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
Operational Excellence: Coach and support General Managers, ensure operational efficiency, and implement process improvements.
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, evaluate feedback, and drive marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and satisfaction.
Capital Improvements: Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with long-term asset strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Review performance reports, track KPIs, and conduct performance reviews with General Managers.
Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations, implement emergency preparedness plans, and mitigate operational and financial risks.
Business Development: Participate in acquisitions, develop growth strategies, and represent the company at industry events.
What We're Looking For:

Remote & Organizational Proficiency: Able to manage competing priorities and calendars effectively, work remotely, and engage fully on video calls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in campground operations, hospitality management, or asset management.
Proven track record of managing a multi-location portfolio and/or overseeing large teams.
Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and communication skills.

The pay range for this role is:
