Event Manager

Hi, my name is JP Zhang, I’m the host of Shenzhen SEO Conference. We're looking for an Event Manager to help lead the 2026 Shenzhen SEO Conference.

What you'll do

• Own and maintain the master event timeline: make sure every moving piece stays on track.

• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and volunteers across the full event cycle.

• Act as the bridge between our venue, production, registration, and speaker teams.

• Support onsite execution during conference week.

What we're looking for

• English required, Chinese a strong plus.

• Previous conference or event management experience.

• Strong project-management skills and comfortable working with many stakeholders.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and steady under pressure.

Pay Structure

This is a part-time role, and we're flexible with how payment works - hourly, monthly retainer, or a project-based flat fee paid in milestones. Whatever structure keeps you motivated, we're open to discussing it.
