Teamtown is a fast-growing subscription design service for marketing teams. We create everything from social posts to websites, and now we’re launching Webflow as a core offering.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just use Webflow… they push it to its limits. Someone who knows the difference between a good build and a silky-smooth, lightning-fast, CMS-powered experience. You’ll be the one setting the standard, building from scratch, and shaping how we deliver Webflow for clients around the world.

If beautiful builds, buttery animations, and clean class structures make you giddy — this is your playground.

What You’ll Do

• Build websites in Webflow from high-quality Figma designs.

• Implement custom interactions and animations (GSAP mastery a big plus).

• Use and adapt the Lumos framework to accelerate builds without sacrificing quality.

• Set up and structure Webflow CMS collections using best practices.

• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize for performance, and maintain clean class systems.

• Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to ensure smooth handoffs and on-brand execution.

You Should Have

• 3+ years of Webflow experience, including CMS and complex builds.

• A strong portfolio of live Webflow sites.

• Deep experience with GSAP, and the judgment to know when not to use it.

• Familiarity with the Lumos framework.

• Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

• Ability to write clean, scalable Webflow builds that others can easily edit.

• Comfort adapting to a client’s preferred framework

• Availability during North American timezones

Bonus Points

• Graphic design experience.

• Understanding of SEO best practices within Webflow.
