Remote Hybrid Brand & Marketing Graphic Designer (Agency)

The Role

We don't need a narrow specialist; we need an agile, visually elite generalist who loves variety. One day you will be drafting a corporate logo, the next you will be layout out a multi-page restaurant menu, and the next you might be mapping out a vehicle wrap blueprint. You will report directly to the founder, taking client briefs and translating them into pixel-perfect, on-brand assets.

Core Responsibilities

• Brand Systems: Design logos and comprehensive branding profiles from scratch, keeping typography, hierarchy, and color theory razor-sharp.

• Digital & Print Collateral: Edit, format, and prepare flawless print-ready files using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (e.g., flyers, multi-page layout documents, business cards, menus, digital banner ads).

• Social Production: Design engaging daily social media graphics and templates directly in Canva, ensuring ease of delivery for our content scheduling assistant. Comfortable conceptualizing and editing short-form video content (Reels/TikToks/Shorts).

• The Unconventional Challenge: Enthusiastically step up to non-standard design briefs when they come through the agency—such as product packaging, vehicle wraps, and large-scale window/signage graphics. (No previous wrap experience required, but an enthusiastic, structural "figure-it-out" attitude is non-negotiable!).

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of design experience, ideally within a multi-client agency environment. An elite portfolio showing a balance of digital marketing assets and strong print typography/layout work.

• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) AND advanced fluency in Canva. Strong organizational skills—you must be comfortable working out of project management systems (like ClickUp) and meeting strict client deadlines.

• Reliable high-speed internet and availability to overlap with US business hours for asset reviews.
