DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage inbox and Slack communications, triaging requests, drafting responses, and turning ad hoc inputs into clear next steps.
Support sales and partner follow-ups by drafting personalized emails, tracking commitments, and ensuring no opportunities or action items are missed.
Join calls when helpful to capture context, decisions, and next steps.
Fully manage the executive’s calendar to reflect priorities, protect deep work time, and batch decisions into predictable rhythms.
Capture commitments from calls and messages, assign owners, set deadlines, and ensure follow-through.
Surface only critical, high-impact, or blocked items when needed.
Establish daily and weekly workflows, maintain a short priority list, and run brief alignment check-ins.
Manage personal and family scheduling, appointments, and deadlines.
Coordinate travel logistics, schedule adjustments, and communication to ensure smooth travel weeks.
SUCCESS PROFILE (QUALIFICATIONS)
Proven experience supporting senior leaders, with the judgment and autonomy to operate in fast-moving, remote environments
Enables the executive to focus on high-leverage work by owning inboxes, schedules, follow-ups, and execution
Ensures sales and relationship follow-ups happen reliably and on time
Reduces bottlenecks and creates clear, consistent decision-making rhythms
Communicates clearly, prioritizes effectively, and follows through without constant oversight
Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
Creates a sense of focus, support, and ease for the executive—both professionally and personally
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Based in the Philippines, South Africa or Latin America
Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Personal equipment and reliable high-speed internet
Dedicated, distraction-free workspace
