  • The ideal candidate understands the sales funnel and digital marketing analytics.

  • This role starts as part time, with the opportunity of growing into a full time role.

  • Must have a proven knowledge of advertising with drop shipping and e-commerce businesses.

About the Role

The Facebook and Google Advertising Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing facebook and google within timelines set out by the General Manager and Owner.

You will also monitor and present project updates and reports to the senior team and the wider marketing team. Your work will be to support the growth and execution of the marketing strategy. You will be expected to also work to support ongoing operational marketing for the launch of new products and ensure maximum visibility throughout all our social media channels including Facebook, Google Ads.

You will be expected to regularly review the efficiency of campaigns and discover new ways to optimize their growth. 

You will also be expected to understand the latest trends within the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Our team typically works from 09:00-17:00 CET, so you need to be comfortable working within that timeframe.

  • Calls might happen as early as 08:00 CET, so you need to be comfortable to make calls at that time.

  • Research, implement and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads.

  • Report on core metrics of every account with the ability to analyze performance and identify challenges and opportunities.

  • Define and track key performance indicators and use these to report on your strategies and campaigns to the rest of the team and management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience as digital media buyer

  • When it comes to campaign management, you are all about results, including in-depth analysis of ROAS, CPA, CPM, etc.

  • Experience with Facebook, Google services, including Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, Facebook Analytics, and Facebook Pixels.

  • Expert knowledge of Facebook, and the dynamics of social channels in general.

  • Extensive understanding of the digital advertising space, not just Facebook.

  • Expert knowledge and direct hands-on experience with paid social platforms.

  • Proficient with Facebook reporting and analytical tools. 

  • Demonstrated self-starter, with the ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight.

  • Conversational English

  • Experience prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, adapting with changing priorities, and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.

  • Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with copywriters, designers, customer support, etc
