Summary

Our Ecommerce stores focus on products for European customers focusing on different language markets. Over the next 12 months we are planning for large growth and need a highly skilled team member to be part of that journey.

We need someone who is talented, committed and highly organized to work on technical tasks.

This fully remote role is a great opportunity for someone to really develop and progress their skills and the role, and take on more responsibility as we grow.

We have lots of great things in the pipeline and you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in many different areas of the business.

Full support will be provided including a training period when you first start working with us.


Requirements - What We Need From You

You love spreadsheets, you are just naturally good with spreadsheets. You use them a lot also for your personal use.

Technical Mindset

Conversational English - You will be joining weekly video calls with the team and it is just more fun for the whole team if we all can chat and joke on a conversational level.

High Attention to Detail - You must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately proof your own work.

Able to learn new software tools and systems quickly - We use a variety of systems including slack, trello, shopify, facebook ads and others so you’ll need to be willing and able to learn new systems through a variety of self taught methods.

Intelligent, Self Motivated, Highly organized and Confident in asking questions - You’ll be working remotely with communication across a variety of channels and task management through Google Sheets so we need to be sure that you ask questions if you are not sure of what to do and that you can be self-motivated and able to organize multiple streams of work effectively.

We expect some flexibility from you at what time of your day you are going to work. Especially at the beginning you need to overlap your schedule to the business owner and the rest of the team.
You need to work with an 09:00-16:00 CET schedule.

Benefits / Details

Trial period 2 weeks with 20-30 hours per week.
If the candidate meets our work expectations, this will become a full time position with 40 hours per week.

Salary negotiable

2 weeks paid holiday for every six months of full time schedule.

Work directly for the Business Owner with the opportunity to suggest your own ideas, make improvements and learn new skills.

We’ll review your work regularly including both volume and quality to ensure that expectations are being met.
