About the role

Teraleads is a leading marketing agency based in Dubai, operating remotely to deliver innovative solutions. We are developing an AI-powered CRM product for multiple industries requiring enhanced customer engagement and business management.
We are seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer to join us full-time. This critical role is centered on designing, testing, and optimizing the prompts that power our CRM, ensuring all AI-generated outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with core business objectives.

What you’ll do

• Prompt Engineering and Optimization: Devise, refine, and rigorously validate high-quality prompts for diverse AI models to ensure peak operational efficacy.

• AI Output Quality Assurance: Optimize AI-generated content to ensure precision, pertinence, and adherence to established tonal guidelines.

• System Integration and Deployment: Collaborate seamlessly with development teams to facilitate the successful integration of AI models into production environments.

• Application-Specific Calibration: Calibrate and fine-tune prompts for specialized applications, including conversational agents, process automation tools, and decision support systems.

• Workflow Design and Management: Develop and manage streamlined AI operational workflows utilizing platforms such as Zapier, n8n, and Make.

• Strategic Business Alignment: Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure that all AI outputs are congruent with overarching organizational strategic objectives.

• Research, Development, and Continuous Improvement: Proactively research and experiment with emerging AI model capabilities to drive systematic and ongoing improvement in delivered results.

• Prospective Client Engagement: Conduct professional product demonstrations for potential clientele.

What we’re looking for

• Prompt Engineering Expertise: Strong experience in prompt design and AI-driven content optimization.

• Coding Proficiency (Python): Skilled in Python, including scripting and developing automation workflows.

• Data Handling: Experience with JSON for data manipulation and API integration.

• Workflow Automation: Hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, n8n, and Make.

• AI/LLM Expertise: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), including proprietary models like OpenAI GPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as various Open Source Models.

• NLP and Model Tuning: Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and model fine-tuning.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• AI/ML Frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

• RAG and Vector Databases: Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Multilingual Skills: Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, or Spanish) for prompt localization and multilingual testing.
