We are looking for a creative and passionate Creative Scriptwriter to develop engaging video concepts for social media. This role involves brainstorming and crafting ideas for short-form and long-form video content that captures audience attention, drives engagement, and aligns with our brand values. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the dynamics of viral content, has a keen sense of storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. This role is not limited to scripting but emphasizes ideation, collaboration, and hands-on involvement in creating impactful social media content.

Job responsibilities:
Brainstorm and develop original, creative video concepts tailored for social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Research social media trends to identify opportunities for innovative content ideas.
Create structured content plans, including story outlines, themes, and key messaging.
Draft detailed scripts or outlines for short-form and long-form videos, including strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling elements.
Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and editors to refine scripts and ensure seamless execution.
Develop content that allows room for improvisation while maintaining a strong narrative structure.
Work closely with the creative team, including videographers, actors, and editors, to bring ideas to life.
Provide direction and feedback during content production to maintain quality and brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align content with broader brand campaigns.
Design content with strong hooks and retention strategies to maximize engagement and virality.
Leverage audience insights and analytics to refine content planning and execution.
Ensure all content is shareable, entertaining, and aligned with the preferences of target demographics.
Monitor social media trends and viral content formats to inspire fresh, relevant ideas.
Adapt and innovate based on market research to ensure content remains competitive and engaging.
Assist during video shoots, providing creative input to ensure the vision is effectively executed.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.
Evaluate the performance of published content using analytics tools.
Identify areas for improvement and incorporate feedback into future content strategies.
Ensure all content reflects brand identity and maintains a consistent tone and style.
Adapt content for different social media platforms while retaining the brand’s core messaging.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or related creative fields.
Proven track record of creating engaging social media video content (portfolio required).
Experience collaborating with actors, influencers, or production teams.
Familiarity with the US market, understanding its trends, audience preferences, and content dynamics.
Strong ideation and brainstorming skills with a deep understanding of creating content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Ability to craft ideas that are engaging, original, and suited to target demographics.
Understanding of audience behavior and social media trends, with a focus on video retention strategies and hooks.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with content management systems and video analytics tools.
Proficiency in English at a professional level.
Other Job-Specific Requirements:
Availability for a part-time schedule (2-3 days per week).
Access to a creative network (e.g., videographers, actors) is a plus.
