Today we are looking for a skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, where you will play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth.

Job responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources (Clickhouse, MySQL, Google Ad Manager, and other systems).

• Create and optimize Materialized Views to simplify working with large volumes of data.

• Build and configure dashboards and reports in Grafana for monitoring key metrics.

• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and correlations.

• Identify and interpret key patterns and assist in decision-making based on data.

• Prepare analytical reports and present findings to editorial teams and management.

• Participate in the development and optimization of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

• Collaborate with teams (editorial, developers, product managers) to systematize and leverage analytical data.

• Ensure data quality and organize data systems.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Miner in projects involving large data volumes.

• Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and derive insights.

• Deep understanding of systematic analysis principles and working with large datasets.

• Strong ability to interpret analytical results and propose actionable recommendations.

• Excellent knowledge of SQL and experience in building complex SQL queries.

• Experience with Grafana (dashboard setup and optimization).

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and process automation.

• Experience in building and configuring ETL processes.

• Willingness to collaborate with business teams and interpret data for their needs.

• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate in both English and Russian effectively.

• Readiness to complete a test task and pass an interview with the hiring team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with web analytics systems (GA4, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).

• Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing results.
