Job responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in SMM or digital marketing (must-have);

• Solid understanding of social media metrics, platform differences, and how to tailor content accordingly;

• Proven ability to create content: engaging copy, visuals, short-form videos (bonus if you’re trend-savvy and meme-aware);

• Experience working with crypto, fintech, or tech-related brands on social media;

• Familiarity with crypto culture, terminology, and fast-moving narratives;

• Basic editing skills in tools like Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar;

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English - you’ll be communicating with a global audience;

• Personal traits: сreative, self-driven, organized, and responsive;

• Ability to work according to Central European Time (CET);

• Availability to start working no later than by the end of September.

Requirements:

• Manage and grow the client's social media presence across key platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter/X, Telegram, and Instagram);

• Stay on top of industry news and trends, quickly reacting with relevant content;

• Plan, create, and schedule posts - from concept to copy and visuals (including short videos, memes, etc.);

• Propose fresh content ideas, campaigns, and interactive formats to drive engagement and brand visibility;

• Track key performance metrics, report results, and iterate on content strategy;

• Monitor and engage with the community: respond to comments, DMs, and maintain a consistent brand voice;

• Coordinate with the client and internal teams on strategy, planning, and execution;

• Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all social platforms.
