We’re looking for someone to join our Marketing team in our first dedicated Marketing Operations role.

As a seasoned marketer, you will already understand customer journeys and how to align goals, technology, and outcomes. We’re seeking someone excited to contribute to building our enterprise marketing go-to-market motion. In this role, you’ll be a pioneer for TheyDo’s automation, alignment, and efficiency. You must have previous experience building an Enterprise-class demand generation machine.

We are a remote-first company with our marketing team members across the East Coast USA, UK, and Europe. To ensure effective collaboration, we are seeking candidates located in one of these regions.

What you will do

You'll be the magician who brings the magic together. We are looking for a needle in a haystack: a seasoned marketing operations professional who can set the strategy, join the dots and build the website.

  • Be a significant presence in the global marketing team, testing ideas and enabling the team to be successful.

  • Build a class-leading multi-segmented marketing nurture system.

  • Take ownership of the customer-facing website. Review the technology and code yourself—build the site, author widgets, and code animation.

  • With a working knowledge of SQL, you can integrate the company data warehouse and collaborate with Sales, CSM and Finance to align goals and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • Build a lead-scoring system to prioritise ICP follow-up and also enable the marketing team to focus.

  • Partner with rev ops and sales to align on goals, metrics and results.

  • Drive data governance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all revenue-related systems.

  • Manage and document any changes that happen and the rationale behind them.

  • Build automation to enable the marketing team's efficiency, allowing for easy technology adoption and consistency of execution.

  • Build web personalisation, delivering best next offer (content) based on personas and direction from the marketing team

  • Have an unbiased perspective of the marketing team activities, reporting on the data only.

What we are not looking for

We have high expectations for this role, but its worth pointing out what we are not looking for, this is an operations role vs creative campaign management or strategy.

  • Campaign ideas and content creation are not part of this role; we have content creators and editors

  • SEO and Paid Digital marketing are not part of this role - we are using agencies for this

What we’re looking for

We have a great team of FTEs and contractors. We are looking for a superstar to come in and take ownership of the processes and tech stack behind them.

  • Experience in hyper-growth in the SaaS B2B Enterprise marketing operations (€10-€100m ARR).

  • You are a builder rather than an organiser (you have the skills to build it yourself vs. hiring freelancers and agencies to do it—as we grow, we will build the team, but today, you should expect to do it yourself).

  • Required: Current or recent certified expert (Champion) in Marketo

  • Admin-level proficiency in Salesforce.

  • Extensive knowledge of Gong, GA, Headless CMS (Storyblok), Vercel, 

  • An empathetic, motivated, and proactive team player eager to fully own the job.

  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing work environment.

  • Confidence, motivation to grow, fearlessness to fail, and a relentless drive to enhance processes.

  • Web development experience - ability to build and debug the front end of the headless CMS and ensure it works within our hosting framework
