
Head of SEO (iGaming, US Market)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of SEO to lead our search engine optimization strategy for iGaming projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SEO within the iGaming industry, including expertise in acquiring and optimizing expired domains, affiliate SEO strategies, and driving high-value traffic. This role is critical to our organic growth and brand authority in competitive online gambling markets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored for iGaming products and affiliate content.
Research, acquire, and revive high-authority expired domains relevant to the iGaming niche.
Build and scale SEO content networks using PBNs, microsites, and other gray-hat/white-hat methods (within risk thresholds).
Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-conversion opportunities.
Optimize on-page and off-page SEO across all owned assets, landing pages, and partner sites.
Monitor and improve technical SEO elements: site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema, internal linking, etc.
Oversee content development aligned with keyword strategies, search intent, and iGaming trends.
Manage backlink strategies, including outreach, guest posting, and link acquisition from relevant sources.
Track and report key SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.
Stay ahead of algorithm changes and SEO trends in both global and regional iGaming markets.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of SEO experience in the iGaming industry US Market (casino, sportsbook, affiliate projects).
Proven track record of ranking competitive iGaming keywords and increasing organic traffic.
Experience with domain acquisition, expired domain analysis and recovery, and link equity strategies.
Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, penalties, and SEO risk management in regulated industries.
Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC, Majestic, etc.
Solid understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics in iGaming.
Strong technical SEO skills and ability to audit and optimize complex sites.
Experience managing PBNs or large SEO site networks is a plus.
Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
