Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and driven SEO Specialist to support and scale the organic performance of our high-traffic iGaming websites. In this role, you’ll work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to implement best-in-class SEO strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and conversions across multiple digital assets.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands both the art and science of SEO, with a proven track record of boosting organic performance in competitive niches. Experience in iGaming, affiliate SEO, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

  • Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers (H1–H6), internal linking structures, image alt texts, and URLs.

  • Implement schema markup, structured data, and rich snippets to enhance SERP presence.

  • Align SEO best practices with editorial planning and content publishing workflows.

Technical SEO & Auditing

  • Perform regular technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and speed issues.

  • Monitor technical errors using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Sitebulb.

  • Collaborate with developers on implementing fixes (e.g., XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, hreflang, etc.).

Guest Posting & Link Building

  • Support and execute link-building strategies, with a focus on guest posting and outreach.

  • Identify and build relationships with bloggers, media sites, and webmasters for backlink opportunities.

  • Analyze and report on backlink quality, growth, and impact on rankings.

Keyword & Competitor Research

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.

  • Monitor competitor SEO strategies and identify gaps and new ranking opportunities.

  • Maintain keyword tracking and performance reports to guide strategy.

Content Strategy & Optimization

  • Audit and optimize existing content for relevance, keyword alignment, and search intent.

  • Collaborate with content teams to enhance SEO value in drafts and published materials.

  • Run A/B tests on meta tags and calls-to-action to improve CTR and engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluent English skills (writing test will be part of the application process)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience writing blogs and guest posts in English, ideally in iGaming industry

  • Familiarity with AI content trends and innovative content ideas

  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus but not mandatory

  • Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT-4, 5 days a week

  • Monthly salary of $650 gross
