Director, Product

As the Director of Product for Nurx, you'll have the opportunity to lead product strategy and execution for Thirty Madison's women's health brand. This is a pivotal role at Thirty Madison, requiring close collaboration with business, marketing and functional stakeholders to own the end to end roadmap of the leading women's health brand.

The ideal candidate is strategic and able to drive and execute a forward-looking product strategy; own our product processes, including roadmapping and sprint planning; align stakeholders across the organization on product strategy; drive rigorous product processes; and mentor and manage a team of talented PMs. You will own and execute specific product features/initiatives, in addition to driving the overarching product strategy that contributes to business growth, meet patient needs, and generate revenue. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for patients with chronic conditions.

  • The base pay range for this position is $180,600.00 - $255,200 per year **

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What you get to do every day 

  • Lead product lifecycle, including optimization of existing features and ideation, validation and implementation of new features

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with Thirty Madison’s overall business objectives. This includes identifying new product opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing customer needs and preferences. 

  • Own the quarterly and annual product roadmapping process to achieve core business objectives vis a vis revenue attainment, patient engagement and customer retention, with a constant and relentless ability to prioritize and execute to deliver business impact

  • Mentor and build a team of talented product managers; recommend and drive a resourcing plan to support current and future business needs

  • Drive cross-functional alignment on brand product priorities among stakeholders (engineering, design, data, marketing, operations) and Thirty Madison stakeholders, including platform product 

  • Build a strong culture of product experimentation, in partnership with engineering, data, and design; ensure experiments are well-structured, informed by data, and optimized and iterated

  • Be willing to get into the weeds when needed (e.g, gather, synthesize, and prioritize user and business needs and transform those needs into detailed product requirements)

  • Bring improved rigor to product and design processes, including high-level roadmap planning, sprint planning, product discovery, user research, design review process, and documentation 

What you bring to the role

  • 8+ years of relevant and progressive product management experience, including 3+ years in a product leadership role

  • Experience as a people leader 

  • Demonstrated success establishing processes and structure that facilitates long-term growth

  • A strong bias towards data and track record of building a data-driven culture in your teams 

  • Ability to clearly communicate the product vision to stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and patients

  • Proficiency in analytics tools, alongside extensive experience with A/B testing

  • Healthcare experience is a strong plus, passion for building better patient experiences is a must
