Business Development Associate, Influencer Marketing

The Role:

The Business Development Acquisition Associate is a newly created role that will work directly with our VP Acquisitions daily on managing acquisition pipeline and opportunities that fuel the future growth of Thrasio! You will be interacting with business owners on a daily basis that operate brands on Amazon.

Responsibilities

  • Working to develop proprietary acquisition lead flow for Thrasio

  • Conducting competitive research and analysis

  • Proactively reaching out to potential acquisition candidates via e-mail, phone, etc.

  • Representing Thrasio globally at conferences, trade shows, etc.

  • Developing and leading outbound marketing initiatives for Thrasio

  • Managing our deal database and writing internal business reports 

What You Bring to the Party

  • 2+ yrs of experience in a similar role, with experience in a Private Equity, Venture Capital, or M&A environment preferred 

  • Ability to analyze profit and loss statements, including building profit and loss statements

  • A “hunter’s mentality”

  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about Amazon FBA business model

  • Ability to prioritize time and business relationships
