Since launching in August 2025, we've grown into a top-10 brand, trusted by more than 100K users and now processing $60m+ in monthly deposits. We built this by prioritizing user experience, spending almost nothing on marketing. Now we're ramping up marketing, with the goal of top 5 globally in the next 12 months.

Thrill was founded by an operator who previously built and exited a business in this space at an $850M valuation.

About the role

Content will be at the heart of how Thrill shows up across social, community and creator channels.

You'll own the content calendar and production pipeline, turning campaigns, partnerships, events and marketing initiatives into content that gets people talking.

This is a hands-on role where you'll shape briefs, coordinate creators and internal teams, and make sure everything we put out feels distinctly Thrill.

Mission Ahead

• Own marketing content calendar and production pipeline
• Coordinate content across social, community, creators, PR and campaigns
• Develop briefs for copy, design and video production
• Ensure consistent Thrill tone of voice and brand identity
• Turn marketing initiatives, partnerships and events into content
• Coordinate content production with internal and external creators
• Track content performance and identify winning formats
• Develop repeatable content formats and series
• Ensure content is delivered on time
• Work closely with SMM, Streaming/Influencer, PR and Design

What we are looking for?

• 1+ years in content marketing or content production
• Strong understanding of social-first content
• Experience with X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and community platforms
• Ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Understanding of GenZ creator culture
• Experience in iGaming, crypto, gaming or entertainment is highly preferred
