Our Team:
You'll join a dynamic design team, collaborating closely with product managers and designers. You'll report to the Head of Design, playing a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and marketing strategies of Thrill.com. We foster a culture of creative exploration, innovation, and collaboration, where your artistic vision and marketing expertise will be highly valued.
Role Overview:
As the Lead Marketing Designer, you'll be the visual storyteller and brand champion for Thrill.com. You'll be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns and assets that capture the excitement of our crypto casino platform and attract a global audience. Your passion for design, deep understanding of marketing principles, and leadership skills will be essential in establishing Thrill.com as a leading brand in the iGaming space.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Visual Identity:
Contribute to the development and evolution of Thrill.com's brand strategy and visual identity.
Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Marketing Campaign Development:
Conceptualize and design eye-catching marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.).
Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and tailor designs to their preferences.
Create a variety of marketing assets, including social media graphics, banners, landing pages, email templates, and presentations.
Project Leadership:
Independently lead design projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Effectively manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency between user interfaces, game assets and marketing materials.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and marketing best practices in the iGaming industry.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful marketing campaigns and brand assets.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
A deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, particularly in the digital space.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the iGaming landscape.
Significant Advantage:
Experience in the iGaming or crypto gaming industry.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
Preferred Location:
Remote, with a preference for candidates based in Israel, Dubai, or Estonia.
