Frequently Asked Questions

When would you like the new hire to start?
We're actively hiring, currently multiple developers. You can go through our whole hiring process within 1-2 weeks, and if it's going to be successful, we're ready to start with you right away - within mere days.
What’s the hiring process after the application is filled out? E.G. interviews with team members and a test project?
Here are the steps: 1. Application: Apply via the form on our website. 2. Quick interview: If your profile meets our criteria, we'll invite you to a quick 15-minute interview, where you'll be requested to solve a quick verbal task and a 5-10 minute coding task 3. Technical interview: If you pass the Quick interview, we'll invite you to a 1-hour-long technical interview. This too will be a live-coding interview. 4. Final interview: If you pass the technical part, you're then ready for the final step. A casual conversation with our CEO to get to know you a bit better.
Is this a contractor (1099) or employee (W2) position?
Legally, you'll be a contractor, but you'll practically have the same rights as an employee, for example: - Fixed monthly salary - Paid off days - Notice period
Is there a trial or test period? About how long?
Yes, we have a 1-month trial period. This is fully paid, the only differences are: - Either we or you can terminate our work relationship immediately - We'll offer you the lowest salary within our range for this 1-month period. After the first month, we'll renegotiate it based on what we saw.
Are there set hours I need to be working during the day?
No. We only ask you to perform the majority of your work during "normal human hours", meaning between 8AM and 8PM CEST on weekdays (Monday to Friday). You can work outside of the given range, but it's best to perform most of your work in those hours, as your teammates will also work mainly in those hours.

Don't wait, tomorrow could be too late.
