Amazon PPC Lead (5+ Years Experience Required - Agency Background Mandatory)

Trivium is a fast-growing, award-winning Amazon advertising agency ranked #170 on the Inc. 5000. We partner with scaling brands and need a senior Amazon PPC Lead who can own strategy, performance, and growth across multiple accounts.

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Amazon PPC Lead with 5+ years of hands-on PPC management in an agency environment. You will own end-to-end PPC strategy, oversee complex portfolios, and drive measurable, scalable growth for multiple brands. This is a senior, strategy-driven role with full autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Build full-funnel PPC strategies across SP, SB, and SD

  • Lead growth planning, forecasting, profitability analysis

  • Identify category opportunities and competitive gaps

Advanced Optimization & Analytics

  • Manage large budgets across multi-brand portfolios

  • Build advanced structures, bulk workflows, and scaling frameworks

  • Diagnose ranking issues, cannibalization, attribution gaps, and conversion leaks

  • Produce clear reporting dashboards and insight-driven recommendations

Client Strategy & Collaboration

  • Act as the strategic advisor to assigned brands

  • Lead performance reviews with clear communication and strong business acumen

  • Partner with Data, Brand Management, and Creative to align PPC with broader goals

Innovation

  • Implement new testing frameworks, optimization processes, and methodologies

  • Stay up to date on Amazon algorithm updates and new ad tools

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

  • You consistently drive scalable revenue growth across your portfolio

  • Clients trust your strategic judgment and rely on your leadership

  • You introduce new structures and processes that improve ROAS and profitability

  • You raise the agency’s PPC standards with expert-level execution

✔ 5+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience
✔ Mandatory: Agency experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
✔ Proven success managing medium–large budgets
✔ Deep understanding of Amazon PPC mechanics, ranking, segmentation, and PPC–SEO interplay
✔ Expert in Sheets/Excel (pivots, formulas, modeling)
✔ Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills
✔ Excellent communication and performance presentation skills
✔ High ownership, proactive problem solver, thrives in fast-paced environments

This will be a remotely administered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. Working hours: 9am - 2pm EST are mandatory, over 3 hours are flexible. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video calls. This role is compensated on pure experience, and you will receive considerable levels of autonomy and ownership over your projects.
