What You’ll Do
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Copy Director, Content Studio to help shape the voice and messaging of our clients’ brands across a variety of channels using AI. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with design, customer success, and product teams to deliver engaging, consistent, and on-brand copy. You’ll transform briefs into impactful content that resonates with audiences, leveraging both your creative expertise and the power of AI.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Evaluate AI-generated content and provide structured feedback to improve quality, performance, and consistency
Write, edit, optimize, and proofread compelling copy for digital ads, social media, websites, email campaigns, landing pages, video scripts, blogs, and more
Partner with internal and external teams to guide creative priorities and deliver campaigns on time
Interpret brand copy guidelines and translate them into effective, engaging content solutions
Ensure copy maintains consistency in tone, style, and messaging across diverse audiences and channels
Work independently with limited oversight, proactively communicating progress, challenges, and needs
Contribute to refining internal processes that enhance team efficiency and creative output
Stay current with trends in copywriting, brand storytelling, digital marketing, design, and AI technologies
What You Bring:
8–12+ years of professional copywriting experience (agency, content studio, or brand-side)
Strong portfolio showcasing versatile writing across industries and formats
Ability to quickly interpret and apply brand guidelines, voice, and tone across a wide range of industries and styles
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams in fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling and brand building
Interest in generative AI and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing B2B/SaaS products
Experience creating written content using on AI-driven products
SEO writing and optimization experience
Base Salary
The salary range for this role is $120,000K–$160,000K. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
