Creative & Campaign Specialist

We’re looking for a Creative & Campaign Specialist who can turn marketing strategy into performance — fast, consistent, and on brand. You’ll write, build, and launch campaigns across email, SMS, paid ads, landing pages, and social media that look great and drive measurable results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Write and launch email and SMS campaigns — build, test, and schedule in GHL.

  • Collaborate with the ad and design teams on copy, creative direction, and QA.

  • Manage landing pages and funnel updates (copy + visuals).

  • Keep content calendars organized and on schedule.

  • Track campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CPL) and share quick weekly insights.

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized content library.

  • Participate in weekly ops and creative meetings.

Goals

  • 95%+ campaigns launched on time

  • <2% creative or QA errors

  • Email CTR ≥ 2%, Ad CTR ≥ 1.5%, Landing Page CVR ≥ 10%

  • Minimum 2 creative or copy tests per week

  • Weekly performance updates delivered consistently

Ideal Profile

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing coordination, content production, or campaign management.

  • Exceptional English copywriting skills — clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused.

  • Proficient with CRMs and automation tools such as GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.

  • Highly organized and detail-driven — able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.

  • Collaborative mindset — thrives on working with designers and continuously improving creative performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What tools will I be using?
Mainly GoHighLevel (GHL) for building and launching campaigns, Asana for task management, Slack for communication, and Google Drive / Notion for file organization. You’ll collaborate closely with our designer, PPC team (Meta/Google Ads), and CGM for campaign approvals.
Are there set hours I need to be working during the day?
The team works mostly 9 AM – 5 PM EST, with some flexibility. We expect at least 5 hours of overlap during that window to ensure smooth collaboration.
