Your Role in Our Mission:

We're looking for an Ads Specialist who thrives on performance, loves solving marketing challenges, and is passionate about helping local businesses grow through strategic advertising.

The ideal candidate is:

  • An exceptional communicator who is reliable, organized, and represents both our agency and our clients professionally.

  • Experienced in managing paid advertising campaigns for local businesses within a marketing agency environment.

  • Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to diagnose whether campaign issues stem from traffic quality, click-through rates, landing page conversion, or follow-up systems—and confidently develop solutions to improve performance.

  • Highly skilled in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Search, TikTok, and other paid advertising platforms, with a strong understanding of campaign structure, optimization, and scaling.

  • Knowledgeable in the psychology behind Interruption Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) versus Intent Marketing (Google Search), and able to structure campaigns appropriately for each platform.

  • Able to create thumb-stopping ad campaigns that combine compelling creative, persuasive direct-response copywriting, and strong calls-to-action that generate qualified leads.

  • Experienced in building high-performing Google Search campaigns with tightly themed ad groups, keyword relevance, compelling ad copy, and strategic use of ad assets such as Sitelinks, Callouts, and Structured Snippets.

  • Skilled in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with the ability to identify landing page weaknesses, improve message match between ads and landing pages, and optimize the user journey for higher conversion rates.

  • Familiar with the StoryBrand SB7 Framework and able to incorporate its principles into ad messaging and creative strategy.

  • Experienced in conducting demographic, audience, and market research to develop highly targeted campaigns.

  • A strong copywriter who understands consumer psychology, attention-grabbing hooks, persuasive messaging, and conversion-focused offers.

  • Passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging advertising platforms, and new opportunities for local business growth.

  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others to accelerate research, brainstorming, creative development, copywriting, and campaign optimization—not simply generating generic ad copy.

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Marketing reporting automation and dashboard creation

  • Basic Video editing skills

  • Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools

  • Familiarity with various AI tools and prompt engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and test other supported platforms.

  • Develop data-driven advertising strategies based on client goals, target audience, demographics, and budget.

  • Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to improve campaign targeting and performance.

  • Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate on creative development using StoryBrand SB7 and direct-response marketing principles.

  • Continuously test and optimize headlines, copy, creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structure to improve results.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality, while implementing data-driven improvements.

  • Audit and suggest landing page optimizations to increase conversion rates by strengthening messaging, user experience, and calls to action.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, copywriting, creative ideation, reporting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining high-quality human oversight.

  • Create clear performance reports and communicate campaign insights, recommendations, and next steps to internal leadership.

  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, tracking, naming conventions, and internal processes.

  • Schedule and manage client social media content, and optimize YouTube and Facebook video publishing to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Stay current on advertising platform updates, emerging AI tools, and digital marketing best practices to continually improve client results.

  • Take ownership of campaign performance by consistently improving lead quality, lowering acquisition costs, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $1800 per month base salary

  • Performance Bonuses for hitting CTR and CPL FB Targets ($100 Monthly bonus for each)
