Your Role in Our Mission:
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, people-oriented leader to serve as a hybrid Client Success Manager and Talent & Growth Representative. This role combines relationship-building, student engagement, conference representation, client success support, and light sales responsibilities. You will work closely with our Director of Client Success and Sales, the client success team, and the UCM leadership team to expand our influence in chiropractic colleges, grow our Associate Talent Network, support client onboarding, and assist with conferences, review calls, and sales conversations. Who We Are Looking For:

  • High energy personality (energetic, relational, outgoing, warm)

  • Hungry, driven, and eager to grow within a results oriented & impactful team

  • US-based, preferably in the Midwest or Southern US

  • Experience in sales, account management, or recruiting

  • Positive experience with Chiropractic (UC experience is a strong plus)

  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to represent our brand professionally

  • Willingness to travel to multiple conferences each year 

Key Responsibilities

  • Host a booth at Chiropractic College events (approximately 6 to 10 per year) to connect with students and doctors, build relationships, and encourage interest in Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care

  • Recruit students and doctors into our Associate Talent Network and nurture them through the process in career planning calls

  • Support onboarding and communication for our Associate Recruitment Programs

  • Represent UCM at Upper Cervical Chiropractic Conferences when the Director of Client Success and Sales has scheduling conflicts

  • Assist with client review calls, preparation, and data gathering

  • Take qualified sales calls when necessary and support sales-related tasks

  • Travel to conferences, colleges, and events throughout the year (Mostly spring and fall)

  • Help manage the client success team over time 

  • Maintain CRM updates, follow-up systems, and communication workflows

  • Bring energy, enthusiasm, and relational strength to every interaction

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 base annual starting salary

  • 25% commission on all sales

  • All travel expenses covered

  • Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care 100% reimbursed immediately
