About the role
As a Fullstack Software Developer, you will build on a strong technical foundation and be a reliable contributor to our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. You are comfortable working independently on moderately complex tasks and actively collaborate with peers on solution design and implementation.
You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of reliable, scalable software systems. With growing confidence and skill, you will help define and implement best practices, support teammates, and continuously expand your knowledge within your team’s domain. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on more responsibility as they grow into a senior-level contributor.

What you'll be doing
Design, implement, and maintain reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
Collaborate with team members to break down tasks and develop features from concept to delivery.
Actively participate in code reviews, incorporating and offering feedback to improve code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Contribute to planning discussions by asking thoughtful questions and participating in solution ideation
Break down larger tasks into manageable components under the guidance of senior team members
Participate in code reviews by providing useful, constructive feedback.
Identify and resolve straightforward issues with minimal supervision.
Follow established engineering practices while contributing to their evolution.
A little about you
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a team-based Agile environment.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and common engineering practices.
Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple teams in a dynamic development environment.
Experience contributing to production systems and delivering maintainable features from concept to deployment
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with React or other modern JS frameworks
Familiarity with modern CSS, including PostCSS and CSS preprocessors
Understanding of Webpack and other build tools
Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, Postgress
Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest
Experience with software engineering principles and best practices (e.g., testing, code reviews, version control)
Experience writing maintainable, well-structured code and following established coding standards
Experience maintaining legacy SaaS applications
Ability to identify technical pitfalls or inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Understanding of how software components interact across services within a system
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and basic DevOps practices is a plus
