About The Job

We’re looking for Technical Support Engineer 2L to participate in the development of APM Team.

Requirements

  • Work experience as a support engineer

  • Understanding the development cycle and OOP

  • Knowledge of REST API, SOAP, and SFTP technologies

  • Understanding JSON, XML, and HTML data formatting

  • Using Splunk, Grafana, and Postman

  • English: Upper-Intermediate level

  • Proactivity and willingness to solve problems

  • As a plus experience with:

  • SoapUI, Sentry )) Jira\Confluence

  • SQL (Mongo\PostgreSQL\Oracle)

  • Knowledge of any scripting programming language: perl, python, groovy

Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming requests from merchants and first-line support.

  • Service stability monitoring

  • Technical issues analysis

  • Communication with payment method providers in case of need for their assistance in detecting and solving problems

  • Communicate issues to the development team and manage tech issues tasks

  • Assisting with a channels routing setup

  • Helping the Product team with new APM final checks before launching
