About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager to own and drive the development of a core product area within Uscreen. You will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and impactful solutions that help our customers grow and succeed. This is a high-impact role where you’ll balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver products that delight customers and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete roadmap for a defined product area, from vision through execution.

  • Lead a dedicated squad (engineering + design resources) to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to gather insights and prioritize opportunities.

  • Use data, customer feedback, and market research to inform product decisions and iterations.

  • Ensure seamless integration and consistency of your product area with the broader Uscreen platform.

  • Drive adoption, usage, and measurable business impact through product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven businesses.

  • Proven track record of delivering products or features that drive customer engagement, retention, or revenue growth.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to partner effectively with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

  • Ability to simplify complex workflows or concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with creator-facing platforms or SMB-focused products.

  • Background in SaaS platforms that serve subscription businesses, digital communities, or video/content creators.

  • Familiarity with lifecycle strategies such as onboarding, retention, and engagement.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling product areas from 0 → 1 or from early adoption → widespread use.
