3D Artist (Architecture)

Location & Collaboration Format

  • Fully remote job

  • Collaboration in Central European Time (CET) or UK hours

  • Utopia does not provide visa sponsorship or relocation packages

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise exterior, interior, and architecture projects

  • Put forward your own design concept ideas based on client requirements for review and feedback

  • Create bespoke materials and textures in 3ds Max and Corona render, based on selections provided by Interior Designers

  • Model or source 3D FF&E based on Exterior & Interior Designers’ selections

  • Model bespoke furniture from sketches or image references

  • Provide fast sketch renders/previews for internal review (both interior and exterior)

  • Collaborate effectively in an agile team environment and use project management software (e.g., Jira)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

  • Solid experience as a CGI Exterior Designer (minimum 5 years / completed projects)

  • Experience as a CGI Interior Designer (minimum 3 years / completed projects)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, Vray, Corona, Lumion, and other visualisation tools

  • Professional level of English (written and verbal)

  • Portfolio required
